We do everything possible to make our customers happy and give them a reason to come back the next time they need our services or products. By placing an order in our online flyshop, your private information is secure, and we are the ones that will process the charges on your credit card. All records of your transaction will be kept here in our Edinburg, Virginia shop. We do not keep your credit card information for your security so please understand when we ask for your information each time you order. - If you purchase a product from Murray's Fly Shop, and upon receipt, you decide it is not what you wanted, simply give us a call and we will make arrangements to get you what you do want or we will refund your money. In order to do this, we ask that you do not use the product if you intend to return it.
- If you use a product and have a problem, call us and we will work with you to have any problems resolved with the manufacturer.
- If you order an item and it is not in stock, we will email you and let you know when we expect to be able to ship it. Please include a valid email address and telephone number as this is our only way of contacting you once you complete your transaction.
- Unless we notify you otherwise your order will ship the next business day.
- If you are making an emergency order, for example you are departing for Alaska next week, please let us know when you place the order and we will do everything we can to make sure you get what you need in time.
- We, of course, have a recycling program in the fly shop. As part of this program, we frequently reuse boxes that are in good shape to ship products to you, our customers. We call this our Ugly Box Program our motto "Re-Used therefore Recycled". If you receive an Ugly Box, please recycle or reuse it.
- Should you receive any shipment from us that is damaged, with or without damaged merchandise, please contact us (540-984-4212) immediately so we can fix the problem ASAP. We may request that you place the box in a location accessible to the shipper so they can pick up the damaged merchandise.
