Delayed Harvest and Stocked Trout Streams: The Eperous mayfly nymphs are very thick in these streams especially on the Jackson, North Creek and Big Stoney Creek. Many of these large browns and rainbows can be caught by fishing Mr. Rapidan Bead Head Nymph size 14, Mr. Rapidan Emerger size 14 and Mr. Rapidan Olive Soft Hackle Nymph size 14 close in below the riffles.
