Refund Policy

Here is our "Refund Policy".  
We live in a town of 850 people with no stoplights.  We have operated Murray's Fly Shop at the same address since May 2, 1962.  Our lifestyle revolves around fly fishing.  We like to keep things simple.  Our refund policy, well, it's pretty simple - Give us a call when we're open, 8-4 Tuesday-Friday & Saturday 9-3 (540-984-4212) or drop us an email (info@murrayslfyshop.com).  
We will take care of whatever it is you need help with as quickly as possible.  
We fish, we're human, we know some items don't suit, don't fit, are ugly, show up broken, etc.  All of us here at Murray's Fly Shop want you to be happy with your items.  Please let us know as soon as possible so we can work on correcting whatever it is you're unhappy with.
Now- if you're in need of a sleep aid or are extremely BORED or can't go fishing or feel a tendency toward the legal side read on!
Returns
You don't like it, it's a funny color or maybe it isn't what you thought it was? Whatever your reason - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and within 30 days of the original purchase date. It must also be in the original packaging.
Just about anything can be returned. What cannot be returned? Gift Cards & Downloadable Software Products, used fishing boots, used flies, used waders and just about anything you personally wouldn't want to buy used.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless it is a rod that you have used and broke.  Then you can send the rod back to the manufacturer following the warranty instructions that came with the rod.  If you have questions, please call us 540-984-4212. 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
Someone got you a gift that doesn't meet your needs, it happens.  Give us a call (540-984-4212) and we will help you with your problem so you have something you can put to better use.
