These streams are holding up well for this time of the season and the trout are feeding well on the abundance of natural beetles that are found along the streams. By using a 6X Leader and approaching the pools very cautiously you can catch many trout on the Murray's Flying Beetle in size 14, size 16 and size 18. The streams in the Appalachian and Blue Ridge are both great.
