Smallmouth Bass Streams: In addition to the back eddies I mentioned last week, we are catching some nice size smallmouth bass in the deep pockets downstream of the river-crossing ledges. Access point #1 (Route 661 off Route 11) and access point #3 (Burnshire Bridge) on the North Fork of the Shenandoah River have much of this type water. Also access point #10 (Burner's Bottom) and access point #12 (Good's Landing) on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River have this type water.  Effective flies now are Murray's Heavy Shiner Streamer size 6, Murray's Heavy Chub Streamer size 6 and Shenk's White Streamer size 4
