Update August 24th: The North Fork of the Shenandoah is full, but fishable. The clarity is good. The South of the Shenandoah is still too high for good fishing.
Both the North and South Forks of the Shenandoah River are too high for good fishing. I expect the North Fork will be fishable by Saturday, August 25th, 2018.
