Smallmouth Bass Streams Fly Fishing Report - July 22, 2025

The levels of the North and South Fork of the Shenandoah River are coming down but they are still pushing extra water from the rains last week and remain slightly muddy. I would recommend giving them a few more days to clear and hopefully be at wadeable levels by the end of the week. We will post another update later in the week.
In the meantime, consider fishing in the trout streams in the Shenandoah National Park or some of the local stocked trout streams as they are clear.
