Last night Edinburg and other areas received around 3" of rain. The picture above was taken early this morning at Chapman's Landing on the North Fork of the Shenandoah. This area is slightly discolored but the levels are rising. Upstream of Edinburg received heavy rains so all of that extra muddy water will be pushing through today and tomorrow.
The South Fork of the Shenandoah River is high and muddy.
