August 18th Update: Most of these streams are too high to fish. We will keep you updated as conditions change. Update: Big Stoney, Passage Creek, and Back Creek are clear and fishing well with Mr. Rapidan Olive Soft Hackle size 14, Betsy Streamer size 12, and Mr. Rapidan Parachute Dry size 16.
