These streams are very full but fishable in some areas. The area of Big Stoney Creek west of Columbia Furnace will give you better water levels at this time. Fish nymphs and streamers as deeply as you can. You may need to add a split shot to help with this. Passage Creek and Mill Creek, and the downstream section of Big Stoney Creek (east of Columbia Furnace) will have better water levels and be fishable by New Year's Eve. Wade carefully!
