Shenandoah Silver Ghost Simple Streamer, Murray's Caddis Larva and Murray's Olive Magic Caddis Pupa

Delayed Harvest and Stocked Trout Streams: The browns and rainbows in these streams are feeding heavily on both minnows and natural nymphs. A very effective tactic is to attach a Shenandoah Silver Ghost Simple Streamer size 10 to a Murray's Classic 7.5 foot 4X Leader. Then attach a Murray's Caddis Larva size 14 or a Murray's Olive Magic Caddis Pupa size 14 to a twenty four piece of 5X tippet material coming off the bend of the streamer hook with an improved clinch knot. Fish these across stream with a slow line-hand stripping action. This is effective on Big Cedar Creek, Big Tumbling Creek and Big Stoney Creek.
