Mountain Trout Streams: There are many natural little yellow stoneflies along our mountain trout streams now and the trout are feeding very heavily upon them. An effective tactic is to drift a nymph or dry fly along the mossy covered boulders and you will catch many large trout. Effective flies are the Murray's Little Yellow Stonefly Dry size 16, Murray's Miracle Yellow Stonefly Nymph size 16 and Little Yellow Stonefly Dry size 16.
